As a startup, we work withlimited budget. If there's a need for exchange we have to charge for shipping both ways. We'll be transparent about shipping costs and try our best to negotiate the best possible shipping rates for exchange an returns.
There will be no refunds, only exchanges for potential manufacturer's fault.
